4th of July and Other Sparklies

Yaaay for the 4th! And BBQ’s and most of all, that pollutant display of bright lights and loud explosive noises. C’mon you think igniting all those poor metals for the sake of aesthetic (not to mention, deafening) pleasure does nothing for your already humongous carbon footprint? Ok, maybe not carbon, but it’s still strontium, potassium, copper, sodium footprints and all.

Anyhu, fireworks are beautiful. Here’s my take of this past weekend’s display.
